[GA004S] Front suspension privot ball set (MA-020)
Henry Balls.... Solves the MOST common problem in MA-020 racing! Named after Henry from Hong Kong Mini RC Racing Club, who invented and hand-crafted these useful little things.
GL-racing now brings this useful invention to the masses, available in 2 lengths in each pack.
What are they??? On the front of MA020, all racers need to lower their MA-020 to be competitive, this often means adding 3mm shims between the steering cups and the lower suspension plates' ball joints.
However, the problem of doing this is that upon impact, the steering cup king pins often pop out of the ball joints. Result is end of race and lost of shims on the track. This is one of the most common problem of MA-020.
So Henry Ball Joints solves this by integrating the shims with the ball joints, creating a structure that holds the steering cup king pins better. Say goodbye to front cups popping out! See photos below for a better understanding, it's hard to put it in words, but if you race MA-020, you'll want to order a pack!
Tip: Add some silicone friction grease to these ball joints, gives front suspension some dampening as well as reducing wear on the cup king pins.

This option ESC floating mount lets you mount the ESC onto the motor directly without affecting chassis flex.
Together with the new motor mount, user can move all chassis mounting points to the center of the chassis, making chassis flex more predictable and symmetric.
It is also simply convenient for changing pinion gears and also allows larger pinion/spur combos with the ESC moving outwards with the motor.
Finally, it is made of metal so it acts as a small heat sink for the motor.
For GLA and GLA-V2
1. Optional part for lexan body post set (GLA-035)
2. Made of high quality carbon plate to improve the strength and durability compared with stock one
3. Small screws set included to fix the bumper foam at optimal position even after strong crash
Ultra Hard Aluminum (Silver colour)-update on 23 Apr2020
With the success and well received by racers for our GLR Metal Piston Rod for Side Damper, GL applied the same design into our GLA’s damping shock:
1. It is made by highly polished aluminum to enhance the smoothness of damper and durability.
2. There are 2 pits on the rod to help holding damping grease.
3. Two plastic bands can be put on the front/back end of the rod to prevent dust from going into the shock.
4. Tested by our professional racers with positive comment on improving the stability of the car.
5. It is an option part for our GLA Screw Adjustable Shock (GLA-8001).
