For orders up to a value of EUR 150, we deliver duty and taxes paid. From EUR 150 we deliver tax-free and import costs (customs duty/VAT) apply.

Shipping Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We send our parcels by Swiss Post with PostPac Priority or, if possible, as small consignments.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 days.

The shipping costs are:

* Depending on the number, weight and volume of the items ordered.

From a shopping cart value of Fr. 500, delivery is free of charge. 
If your order contains items that are not in stock, you can choose whether we should wait with the shipment until all items are in stock, or whether you want the stock items immediately and we will deliver the remaining items as soon as they are completely available. 
Please note that a surcharge of CHF 6.00 will be added to the normal shipping costs for shipping a partial delivery. Partial deliveries are free of charge from a value of CHF 750.



Click & Collect in Uzwil

You can also collect your order from our store. There are no shipping costs for you.

Parcel shipping to Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Finland, Sweden and many others.

Our aim is to ensure that each customer enjoys an exceptional purchasing experience. At one28.eu, we manage EU taxes during the checkout process for all orders under 150€, thereby eliminating the need for you to encounter unexpected duties, customs handling fees, or additional charges upon the arrival of your order.

    • Taxes are paid at checkout.
      VAT and any other applicable taxes will be included in the order total at checkout. This means that there will be no additional fees upon delivery.
    • No additional fees upon delivery.
      Once your order has been shipped, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. This includes VAT, customs duties, and any other taxes or charges.
    • The duty-free threshold for the EU is 150€.
      If the value of your order is less than 150€ (excluding VAT and shipping), you will 
      not be charged any customs duties. However, if the value of your order is more than 150€, you may be charged customs duties and taxes upon arrival.

We ship our parcels with Swiss Post and orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days. 
The parcel delivery time within Europe varies from country to country and is approx. 3-15 working days.
In exceptional cases, it can take longer.
